6. Subscription and Billing
6.1 Pricing
Pricing is displayed at signup and may change with 30 days notice for existing subscribers.
6.2 Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period. No partial refunds are provided.
6.3 Free Trial
Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before expiration.
7. Intellectual Property
Algebra Verse and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited license to use the service for personal or business purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALGEBRA VERSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Algebra Verse from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
10. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may export your data before termination. We may retain certain data as required by law.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms with notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
